POPPETS
(2 to 3 years)
Poppet room can accommodate up to 12 children. In this playroom we are able to do more messy type play, including painting, gluing, sand and water. This is their base room where your child will be encouraged to sit down with others for singing and story times in a relaxed atmosphere. We have a home corner, a table where the children are encouraged to sit up and complete inset jigsaws, play with Duplo, do a colouring or play with the train set and many other toys. We encourage speech development with children of this age to help build your child‘s vocabulary and build self-confidence in communication.
Whilst in the communal area, your child will meet children of different ages; this is especially nice when siblings attend the nursery as they meet up throughout the day. This area has direct access to the outdoor play area.
