Who will look after my child?
Our Staff is a dedicated and qualified team, managed by the Nursery Manager, Kate Price. We know that the quality of childcare we provide is dependent on the quality of staff working at the nursery, and that happy staff means happy children. All our nursery staff hold an up to date enhanced disclosure with the Criminal Records Bureau. We obtain two written references, health and character checks and staff complete a medical questionnaire prior to taking up any post at the nursery. In addition, we recognise the need for our staff to be regularly trained in order that they provide the most up to date expert care. Our staff regularly undertake the statutory training required First Aid training, Food Hygiene training, and Safeguarding Child Protection.

The safety of the children is paramount. Two Counties Nursery has a very clear Child Protection policy and follows The all Wales Child Protection Procedures.
